A lot of sites allow you to have an entry banner or message that can be shown before entering your room, if it is there then make use of it for some basic polite rules

If users dont behave then just remind them that is is your show, your rules, your content, and you have to be comfortable doing what they ask, if you are not then they are free to go elsewhere to someone that will oblige.
This can all be done politely, I would suggest a set of prewritten text on something like Notepad if you are on a Windows PC, or similar for other systems as writing this out time and again takes up too much time.
Wish them well and say thank you.

And if they don't listen - warn them, silence them or ban them - it's up to you.

It's your room, your content, your show, your rules, and your sanity.
